Restoring SWIPS
Dean & Physical Education Teacher
Louis Camacho

Problem Identified: Student's were taking a long time (over a week) to begin restoring SWIP infractions.
Data Collection: I collected my data using charts from the hive as well as the information documented under the SWIP tab when logged into my account.
Actionable Step: When monitoring SWIPS click on the "restore options" at the bottom of the BDR tab and check to see if the student has filled out the restoration fields.
Overall Findings/Impact: The kickback email to students has shown a small increase in the number of restorations attempted within 1 week from the student committing the infraction. This increase was 17 students compared to 2 students before the kickback email was implemented. This is only for Mr. Camacho's BDR's not the whole school.
