Problem Identified: We felt we have underutilized technology in our instruction and also found it was difficult to collect classwide data in an efficient manner.

Hypothesis: If we use Quizizz for regular mastery checks as part of our intensive cycle then we will collect high-quality data that can inform our instruction as measured by improved mastery ratings.

Data Collection:

Actionable Step: Visit Quizizz and create an account. Search for your content and select questions that aligns to your learning outcomes.

Overall Findings/Impact: We found Quizizz successful at increasing student engagement. They were consistently on task and appreciate the immediate feedback they received on answers. Quizizz has a large library of questions available, especially for math. There’s the added benefit of receiving immediate scores, though you are limited to multiple choice questions.
