Problem Identified: Students in 813 PE class were unable to perform the warm ups correctly.
Hypothesis: If I demonstrate and show exemplary ways to transition between warm-up stations, then students will be able to improve their skills to achieve their desired mastery level, as measured by their participation, effort and my observations.
Data Collection: My data collection was visual observation of students going through their warm ups.
Actionable Step: To use this strategy in any classroom, demonstrate/show what exemplar work looks like so students can understand what is expected for each mastery level.
Overall Findings/Impact: I am still on the road to successfully fixing the problem. It will take more time and continued demonstrations but the students are improving and have more of an understanding what each mastery level looks like.
