Problem Identified: I noticed that students seem to work better when they are given a task they can complete at their own pace online. I thought by giving them the option to complete work through google forms, more students could complete the work without teachers needing to direct them.
Hypothesis: If I use google forms more often, students would be more engaged with the work, and complete it without teachers needing to direct them. Also, we as teachers could collect data quicker.
Data Collection:

Actionable Step: You can have the students complete a do now, or a mastery check using google forms as a way to quickly collect data.
Overall Findings/Impact: I feel this was pretty successful. We did an activity during our statistics unit which had the kids complete a survey about real life things and then use that data to construct a visual display. It helped relate the topic to real life to see how they can easily collect data and use it to create different graphs.
